I asked for a bid. 3 weeks later I still didn't have one. At that point they gave a verbal bid. I then asked for a contract. 4 more weeks of promises and lies and I still had nothing. What a waste of time. Tom is very convincing when you speak to him but he delivers nothing that he promises. He doesn't answer his phone. He doesn't return voicemails. He doesn't return texts. 7 weeks wasted!! Did I mention this is an absolute JOKE of a business?
