  How does a cell phone store not know how to answer their home phone? My cellphone sceeen broke, this is the only repair store in my area. I've tried calling at least 20 times in the past 2 days with no answer. I need to set up an appointment to have the screen replaced and can't drive out there to wait hours on end considering I live in la crosse and you're in Winona. All I want to do is talk to someone, what the hell is wrong with your employees???!!

  Absolutely so happy with the service I received! I am from Iowa and while I was in Winona I stopped and talked to the manager, Khaled, and have decided to switch from US cellular. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling very comfortable with my decision. Thank you Winona Sprint for the amazing team members at your store!
