  Prolly the worst service ive ever had. Unwilling and unhelpful. Have very limited stock. How are you supposed to sell something if youve got no tools and no stock!

  Sold me a "free phone" on black Friday, it turned out the phone was not supposed to be free, although I had a signed contract saying it was. Verizon corporate was unhelpful and unknowledgeable, the store eventually did some research months later and found out a holiday temp employee screwed up...So the store was good about it, honored their contract and refunded my money after looking into it. So 5 stars for the store for doing right by me but 3 stars for Verizon corporate for being clueless and useless.
